Ingredients
  • 400 milliliters coconut milk (full-fat for richer flavor)
  • 2 lemongrass (bruised and cut into pieces)
  • 200 grams chicken breast (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon galangal (sliced)
  • 5 kaffir lime leaves (torn)
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (preferably palm sugar)
  • 100 grams mushrooms (sliced)
  • 2 Thai chili peppers (sliced (optional for heat))
