  • 4 cube steak (about 1/3 inch thick)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • For the Gravy
  • 1/4 cup reserved flour (from dredging the steaks)
  • 2 milk
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
    Preparing the Steak
  1. Tenderize and Season the SteakUse a meat mallet to tenderize the cube steaks to about 1/4 inch thickness. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
