  • 2 chicken breast, boneless and skinless
  • 1 can hominy, drained (29 ounces)
  • 6 chicken broth
  • 1 white onion, chopped
  • 4 garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons oregano, dried
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • For Garnish
  • Cabbage, shredded (as needed)
  • Radishes, sliced (as needed)
  • Lime wedges (as needed)
  • Avocado, sliced (as needed)
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (as needed)
Instructions
  1. Prepare the ChickenChicken PozoleIn a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  2. Cook the VegetablesChicken PozoleIn the same pot, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent. Add the oregano and stir to combine.
