    Whipped these up today, following the recipe pretty closely, but had to swap in oat milk since we ran out of regular milk. My teenager picked up on the slightly different flavor but still ended up loving them and practically inhaled a whole mountain of pancakes!

    Super easy to make, no complicated ingredients or special techniques needed. They turned out fluffy and absolutely delicious. Both of us tore through them in no time! I’ve also tried bumping up the recipe by 50% in the past, and it still worked perfectly.
