Ingredients
    For the Ravioli Dough
  • 2 all-purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • For the Filling
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 1 egg, beaten (for sealing the ravioli)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Prepare the DoughFour Cheese RavioliOn a clean surface, make a well in the center of the flour. Add the eggs and salt to the well. Using a fork, gradually incorporate the flour into the eggs until a dough forms. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic. Wrap in plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes.
