Ingredients
    For the Bolognese Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrot, finely chopped
  • 2 tomato sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • For the Béchamel Sauce
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 4 milk (warm)
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg (grated)
  • Additional Ingredients
  • 9 lasagna noodles (cooked)
  • 2 mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
    Preparing the Bolognese Sauce
  1. Lasagna BologneseHeat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Add the onions and carrots, and cook until softened. Pour in the tomato sauce and beef broth, bring to a simmer, and cook for 1.5 hours until thickened.
  2. Preparing the Béchamel Sauce
