  • 12 manicotti pasta shells
  • 2 ricotta cheese (whole milk)
  • 3 mozzarella cheese, shredded (divided)
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 egg (lightly beaten)
  • 2 marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  1. Prepare the PastaManicottiPreheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the manicotti shells according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.
