    Combine the shredded cheese with orange blossom and rose water in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the Dough

  3. Assemble the Knafeh
    In a greased round baking tray, layer half of the buttered kataifi dough. Press down gently. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small margin around the edges. Cover with the remaining kataifi dough, pressing gently.
