    Crust
  • 1 1/2 graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Filling
  • 4 cream cheese, softened (8 oz each)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
Instructions
    Preparing the Crust
  1. Philadelphia Classic CheesecakePreheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well blended. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
