Introduction to Guotie

Guotie, often referred to as potstickers in the Western world, are a popular type of Chinese dumpling. This culinary delight is a staple in Chinese cuisine, known for its perfect blend of textures and flavors.

Why You'll Love Guotie

  • Crispy and Tender: The dual-cooking method leaves the dumplings with a crispy bottom and tender top.

  • Versatile: Guotie can be enjoyed as a snack, appetizer, or a main dish, making it perfect for any meal.
