Ingredients
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine (or chicken broth)
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
  1. Shrimp scampiIn a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Shrimp scampiAdd the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
