  • 600 grams potatoes, peeled and mashed (preferably Russet)
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions
