Mango Sago is a refreshing and creamy dessert combining ripe mangoes and sago pearls, perfect for any occasion.

  1. Rinse the sago pearls under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the sago pearls and cook until they are transparent and soft, about 20 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
  3. Drain the sago pearls and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside to cool.
  4. Blend one mango until smooth to make a puree. Cube the other mango.
  5. In a large bowl, mix the sago pearls, mango cubes, mango puree, coconut milk, and condensed milk until well combined. Adjust the sweetness with more or less condensed milk according to your taste.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
