This recipe is super simple, quick, and easy! I really love that the cake has to chill in the fridge overnight, which kind of forces you to make it a day ahead of time. Normally, I feel a bit guilty about that since I want everything to be as fresh as possible, but in this case, it’s just how it goes. Anyway, when I served it to my guests, it was a total hit! Plus, it looked gorgeous on the table, which is always a nice bonus.
