    I initially resisted making this recipe. It seemed so time-consuming and complicated, plus I had never successfully poached an egg before. But I couldn’t stop thinking about how amazing it might taste. In the end, I gave in. Just tasting the warm yogurt with garlic had me in awe. The whole dish turned out fantastic, and it wasn’t difficult to make once I simply followed the instructions. Tomorrow, I plan to fry some eggs in the leftover butter. I’m now a total convert. More, please! And now I can poach eggs, which are so much better in their simplicity.
